    Get your body primed for working out and playing golf with this follow-along routine from trainer Jeremy James. Start with foam-rolling exercises to improve posture and increase range of motion. Then move on to mobility training that will help prevent injuries and keep you in mid-season form.

    This challenging routine from Jeremy James is all about maximizing your power. His rotational exercises will help you make a bigger, more efficient turn, and his anti-rotational exercises will add control. As you get stronger and build up your endurance, repeat this circuit—even twice.
